The development includes 41 standalone homes with a range of design layouts centred around a communal park area. Delivered under a negotiated construction contract and open book tender process, the project has required careful planning, early procurement, and close supply chain coordination to maintain programme and cost certainty. A key aspect of the project has been the simultaneous management of both civil and vertical construction works, allowing efficient delivery while reducing financial pressure for the client.
